First Partipant Selected

Make a Film Foundation has chosen it's first particpant, 18 years old Jabril Muhammad, who has sickle cell anemia. Jabril is an amazing poet who wants to be a journalist and an actor.
Jabril has chosen to write and star in his film about two brothers taking care of one another. After one is shot and killed by a gang member, the other has to choose between a path of rightousness or a path of revenge...which path will it be?
Jabril fell in love with filmmaking when he was chosen to participate in the feature PEACE PROCESS where he interviewed various gang members about the possibility of Peace.
Jabril will graduate this year and plans to eventually attend Morehouse University in Atlanta where he will study Journalism and Theatre.
